Highbury Under 10B's played their first match of the year, (and for what seemed like a year), at Biddestone. Without Dylan, Aiden started off in goal and saved the opening attack from Biddestone. Highbury took the game straight back to Biddestones goal. Chandler took a corner but it was intercepted by Biddestone who managed to run all the way back up field and score. 1-0 to Biddestone. Another shot from Biddestone was expertly deflected by Aiden. Biddestone took the corner, but Taylor intercepted, he and Drew then mounted an attack. Biddestone won the ball back and took a shot that went wide. They attacked again and Aiden saved the ball. Their next attack managed to break through making the score 2-0 to Biddestone at half time. Highburys game improved greatly in the second half. Straight in Daniel intercepted the ball and took a shot which unfortunatley went wide. Daniel and Drew mounted another attack which was deflected. A tackle in our penalty area led to a penalty shot which made it past Chandler and set the score at 3-0. . Despite solid defending from Callum, Kieran and Megan, and a good attacking performance from Aiden Daniel, Drew and Taylor, Biddestone went on to score 3 more goals, making the final score 6-0
