WHYFC U15’s marked Remembrance Sunday with an emphatic 7 goal victory at home against Castle Combe.
After a nervous and shaky opening ten minutes WHYFC opened the scoring. This seemed to settle the team down and they
started to play with more confidence and composure and a belief in their ability.
Further goals followed and the red & blacks went in at the interval 5 goals to the good. After a warm up in the changing rooms
WHYFC came out for the second half with the mission to keep a clean sheet for the first time this season and add to their tally
if they could. WHYFC must carry this belief and confidence into their next few games and start to turn around some previous results
where they have narrowly lost.
